General Guidance and Policy for any in-person meetings:

All families are required to complete a health assessment consisting of a self-screening on the day of a scheduled in-person session. A self-screener will be shared with all families at the time of service.

If the client or any family member within the home exhibits a temperature over 100 degrees, the family must reschedule their appointment. Virtual session are the exception to this rule. Late cancellation fees will be waived if due to COVID-19 symptoms for any in-person meetings. In-person sessions will be rescheduled if anyone in the home exhibits any symptoms of COVID-19, have been confirmed to have COVID-19, or if they have been advised by a medical professional to isolate or quarantine. This includes those waiting for a negative test result if COVID-19 is suspected.

The therapist will conduct a self screener each day and notify families of needed cancelations as soon as possible.

All family members are required to wear an appropriate face covering at the time of any in-person service. This includes children older than 2 except when doing so would inhibit the individual’s health or appropriate therapy intervention/assessment.

Family members are asked to practice physical and social distancing by staying at least six feet away from the therapist as much as possible.
